- 2 racks of lamb ribs
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons harissa paste
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- Preheat your braai to medium-high heat.
- Season the lamb ribs with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, harissa paste, honey, lemon juice, and ground cumin.
- Brush the mixture onto the ribs.
- Place the ribs on the braai and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side.
- Brush the ribs with additional mixture halfway through cooking.
- Remove the ribs from the braai and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
