Braai Roasted Garlic and Rosemary Potato Salad

- 2 lbs baby potatoes, washed and halved
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Prepare a braai and preheat to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine potatoes, garlic, olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Place potatoes on the preheated braai and cook for about 15 minutes, flipping occasionally, until potatoes are cooked through and golden brown.
