Ingredients:
- 2 racks of lamb ribs
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the lamb ribs with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, gochujang, and rice vinegar.
- Brush the sauce onto the ribs.
- Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side.
- Brush the ribs with additional sauce halfway through cooking.
- Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
