Asian-style marinade

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes


  1. Whisk together all of the ingredients for your chosen marinade in a bowl.
  2. Place your meat of choice in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish.
