– 1 red bell pepper
– 1 yellow bell pepper
– 1 green bell pepper
– 1 red onion
– 1 cup cherry tomatoes
– 1 cucumber
– 1 cup feta cheese
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– Salt and pepper
– 1 tablespoon dried oregano
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– 1 can of chakalaka (400g)
– Fresh parsley for garnish

1. Preheat your braai grill to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Cut the bell peppers and red onion into thick slices.
3. Place the bell pepper and onion slices on the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, until they are lightly charred.
4. While the vegetables are grilling, halve the cherry tomatoes and slice the cucumber.
