-1 kg large prawns (peeled and deveined)
-2 tablespoons tandoori masala
-1/4 cup plain yogurt
-2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-3 cloves garlic, minced
-1 teaspoon ground cumin
-1 teaspoon ground coriander
-1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
-1 teaspoon salt
-1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1. In a large bowl, combine the tandoori masala, yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
2. Add the prawns to the marinade and mix until all of the prawns are completely coated.
3. Cover the bowl and set aside to marinate for at least 1 hour.
4. Preheat a braai grill to medium-high heat (about 200°C).
