– 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
– 1/2 cup of butter, melted
– 2 8-ounce packages of cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
– 2 eggs
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 2 cups of whole milk
– 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
– 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
– 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
– 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
– 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg


1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch springform pan.

2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.

3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Then, stir in vanilla extract.
