Herbed Braai Coleslaw with Parsley and Dill

This Herbed Braai Coleslaw with Parsley and Dill is a delicious and easy side dish for any braai.   • 1/2 head of cabbage, shredded
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrot, chopped parsley, and chopped dill.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine.
  4. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
