  • 1 head of cabbage (grated)
  • 1 red onion (chopped)
  • 1 carrot (grated)
  • 1/2 cup roasted sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup roasted walnuts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine the grated cabbage, chopped red onion, and grated carrot in a large bowl.
