Ingredients:
- 1 head of cabbage (grated)
- 1 red onion (chopped)
- 1 carrot (grated)
- 1/2 cup roasted sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup roasted walnuts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Combine the grated cabbage, chopped red onion, and grated carrot in a large bowl.
