Ingredients:

  • 1 head of cabbage (shredded)

  • 1/4 cup of white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1/2 cup of blue cheese (crumbled)

Directions:
