Ingredients:
- 1/2 head of cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the cabbage, carrots, and onion and cook until lightly charred, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
