– 2lbs of beef short ribs
– 2 tablespoons of orange juice
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh rosemary
– 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon of salt
– 1 teaspoon of black pepper
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 200°C).
2. In a small bowl, combine the orange juice, olive oil, rosemary, garlic powder, salt and pepper to create the marinade.
3. Place the short ribs in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let the ribs marinate for at least 1 hour.
4. Place the ribs on the preheated grill and cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
5. Reduce the heat to medium-low (around 140°C) and cook for an additional 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
6. Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes.
7. Slice the ribs into individual pieces and serve.
