– 4 pounds short ribs
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– 2 tablespoons chili powder
– 2 cloves minced garlic

1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (around 200°C).
2. Place short ribs into a shallow dish and cover with olive oil.
